All delivery quoted is to mainland UK. Please contact us for a quote for delivery to other locations.


All delivery items will require a signature on receipt of goods. Please be aware that if you request for your delivery to be left without a signature, you are accepting responsibility for your item sight unseen. This arrangement must be made directly with our courier company. We cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses in this instance- please see our terms and conditions.

Single 20kg bags will be sent via UPS. Orders over 80kgs will be delivered by Palletline.

For orders exceeding 2 tonnes please contact us. Please ensure there is adequate access to your premises for the delivery lorry and there is suitable unloading equipment on site with a qualified operator. The ground will need to be hard-standing, fairly level and fit for purpose. This means we are unable to deliver onto a gravel driveway. Any site restrictions should be made clear at the time of ordering or re-delivery costs will be applicable. Please also be aware that sometimes bulk bags are delivered without a crane offload. If the courier is unable to deliver due to no-one being available or site restrictions, there will be a re delivery charge applicable.


We will to the best of our ability send out all items within one working week of receiving payment- please note all materials are made to order to ensure quality is of the highest standard. Our pallet deliveries will be sent on a standard 2-3 day service or a Premium 24 hr Service. Please call for Saturday delivery availability and prices. Other orders will usually be sent via UPS which provides a 2 working day service.

All our Materials are made to order so sometimes delivery may take longer than indicated - please contact us prior to ordering if your order is urgent or you require a specific delivery date and we will try to accommodate your requests.

NB Please do not arrange tradesmen before you have received your ordered materials as we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred through delays in your order getting to you.

We take great care in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. However, we cannot be held responsible if damage occurs. If your package has arrived in a damaged condition through the fault of poor handling by the couriers you must sign that it is damaged and refuse it if you do not want the items. Or sign that it is damaged or there are missing items but you still want the consignment. We will then be able to send a replacement or offer a partial refund. We need to know via phone or email within 24 hours if there has been a problem with your order.

Should the courier be unable to deliver, due to no-one being available or site restrictions, there will be a re delivery charge applicable.


If the pallet delivery company is unable to deliver for to the delivery address, a re-delivery charge will have to be paid before re-delivery can be made. Re-delivery charges are usually the same as the initial delivery charge. Common problems that cause a failed delivery include - no person available to sign for the delivery, site restrictions for delivery lorries, uneven ground for the pallet truck and an incorrect postcode. Please check the automated order confirmation email that all details are correct and alert us immediately. If the pallet has already been sent out from the delivery depot prior to us being informed of any incorrect delivery address information a re-delivery charge may still apply.

Deliveries will usually be re-delivered on the next working day. if there has been a problem with your order.
